There is berber carpeting in the bedroom, and the rest of the unit flooring is plank tile. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There are two smart TV's, and Wifi is available. There is a mobile sit/stand desk and office chair for your convenience as well. The lease is available on a month to month basis, with a 30 day minimum stay. We require a refundable $800 damage deposit, and all utilities are included in the rent of $1900 monthly. A washer and dryer are located in the suite. Street parking is available in the cul de sac. No pets, please, and no smoking in the suite. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
