If both of us are ready to move forward then the following will be required. State/Federal ID I will need 6 months of your most recent bank statements showing your rental payments. Your last lease and proof of address (utility bill). A copy of all earners tax filings for the last 2 years. 3 months of recent pay stubs from each applicant. Further verification may be required if any of the above are missing, ambiguous, or incomplete. 3. Credit check and background check. - After reviewing the above, I will then set up a Credit/Background check to be run through Transunion. The fee will be paid by the applicant and will be paid directly to Transunion. I collect no other fees in the application process. The credit/background fee to TransUnion is non-refundable.
