The house has central heat and air conditioning, plus three gas fireplaces (living room, den and master bedroom)! It also has a 2 car garage plus room for three additional vehicles in the driveway. There are flat screen TVs in every bedrooms and in both living areas and we have bikes and beach gear in the garage that you are welcome to use. The garage (with remote) can hold one large car and there is room for up to 3 additional cars in the driveway behind the house!
