The second floor primary bed and bath was completely remodeled in 2024. It is beautiful! It now includes a private water closet with a bidet toilet, all new custom cabinetry and a large, airy walk in shower. The shower has been custom designed utilizing top of the line Kohler fixtures, Porcelanosa tile, a quartz wrapped bench and an extra large and lighted storage niche for all your bath products. The new custom built, extra large, double sink vanity is constructed of beautiful rift cut oak, and incudes a center makeup section and functional, wide soft close drawers, providing tons of storage. (There is still a tub/shower combination on the second floor, for those who love or need to have access to a bathtub.) The primary bedroom has also been completely updated with floor to ceiling solid slab porcelain fireplace, fresh paint, draperies, bedding, etc. There is a King size bed, a new swivel reclining rocker and a private balcony. And, the entire second floor carpet has been replaced with highest quality luxury vinyl flooring. The house has central heat and air conditioning, plus three gas fireplaces (living room, den and master bedroom)! It also has a 2 car garage plus room for three additional vehicles in the driveway. There are flat screen TVs in every bedrooms and in both living areas and we have bikes and beach gear in the garage that you are welcome to use. The garage (with remote) can hold one car and there is room for up to 3 additional cars in the driveway behind the house! Rent includes: internet service, a weekly gardener and twice monthly housekeeping of partial home. This is a fully furnished home, including bedding, towels, kitchenware and small appliances. You truly only need to bring your clothes and toiletries. Because this is a luxury home with high end furnishings, references are required, and a background and credit check will be run on all adult occupants. The lease will stipulate that no parties are allowed and there will be a maximum number of guests allowed to visit the house at any time. This is a no smoking, allergy/pet free property.
