2. Policies & Procedures
*Landlord's Right to Enter*
-Landlord may inspect the property every 3 6 months with at least 48 hours' written notice, unless in case of emergency (Wis. Stat. 704.05).
*Possession & Abandonment*
-If tenant vacates early, they remain liable for rent and damages until the lease ends or a new tenant is placed.
-Absence of 14 consecutive days without notice may be considered abandonment, subject to Wisconsin law.
*Personal Property*
-Any property left behind after move-out may be considered abandoned and disposed of at landlord's discretion unless otherwise agreed.
*Tenant Responsibilities*
-Use the premises for residential purposes only.
-No unlawful activity, excessive noise, or unauthorized guests.

-Sunday-Thursday: 9 PM to 8 AM
