The house is on one of the main roads which provides quick access to shopping and the interstates. It also is in walking distance of the public library and public square. During the summer the public square is closed to traffic when festivals are located there. At the end of the summer there is a festival with a 5K-10K race, free concerts and booths set up around the square and a parade.
