2172 E is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom in a great location at The Enclave on Bethel Rd. This condo has been painted, cleaned, carpeting cleaned-it has new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, new refrigerator and over the stove microwave. The Enclave has a locked outside building door with an intercom system. The units are located off a hallway- 4 units on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. This unit is located on the second floor front of the building. The condo association takes care of water, trash and sewer- the resident is responsible for the gas and electric (gas stove, hot water tank and furnace). The Enclave office is open on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 to 5 and Wednesday mornings from 9:30-12. You are welcome to stop by the office and pick up a set of keys to see 2172 E.
