Humorously named: "Beach Please" this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath property is perfect for you. This home is one unit in a tri-plex on a residential street. If you have a little one you can feel safe bringing their bike so they can ride to the end of the cul-de-sac and back, if you have a fur baby they are also welcome ($300.00 non-refundable pet fee). Both the front and back decks offer seating. Sit outside, listening to the waves in the distance to enjoy your first cup of the day and your last glass at night. The living room is bright and airy with a couch with a chaise. The TV is mounted across from the couch above the dining table which seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. Gleaming butcher block counters and a tile backsplash are just 2 beautiful features that highlight this cozy home. Built into an alcove in the hallway is a bunk bed (2 twin mattresses). Next to the bunkbed is an all-in-one washer/ dryer combination unit. The bathroom is a full bath with a bathtub/ shower. The master bedroom with private access to the back deck has a comfy queen-size bed. The access to the beach is just down the street and next to the St. Regis Resort. Quiet and residential, North Topsail Beach is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. You will only be a 10-minute drive from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops, restaurants, and attractions. There is a propane grill kept under the home for vacationer's use. The grill must be moved to the front yard or back yard. NO grilling under the home or on the decks! When the propane tank runs out refilling it is at the tenant's cost and should be considered a "pay it forward" item. Please make sure the grill is kept clean and maintained after use.
