And when it comes to doing laundry during your stay, there's an indoor laundry room complete with washer and dryer hookups. The star attraction outside is an amazing sparkling outdoor pool adjacent to the private dining area with BBQ, as well as sunbathing spots for soaking up those desert views. Pool heating is optional at a cost of $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round. Two-car garage parking is available. Lake Pleasant Regional Park, one of the most scenic water recreation areas in the Valley of the Sun, is a recreationist's dream. This 23,362-acre park offers many activities, such as camping, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, picnicking, and wildlife viewing. Just 15 minutes away is the Surprise MLB Spring Training Stadium, featuring The Kansas City Royals and The Texas Rangers. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Air conditioning cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
