I'm looking for a young professional or student roommate to move into my recently purchased 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome as early as mid October. It is new construction 1.5 miles from the main circle of Park Circle! It is 1633 square feet, 3 stories with a large fenced-in yard and garage I am 27 and work in medical sales. My work schedule varies, but I do not work from home. I have a 2.5 year old lab mix who is about 40 pounds. I would prefer no other pets since she can be a little unpredictable/stand-offish with new dogs, however, I would certainly be open to a meet and greet with a pet to see how she does I do have a third office room for extra closet space/storage for you and a lot of storage throughout the house. Rent is $1300/month for a year long lease or $1350/month for 6-month lease plus utilities (typically around $120ish each a month). I am clean and respectful and would love someone with those same traits (no smoking inside and will need a clean background check) Would love to give you a tour and get coffee/meet and greet to see if we're a good fit! No smoking inside. Can do long-term or short-term lease ($1300 for long-term - one year or $1350 for short-term 6 months)
