When we acquired this house about 10 years ago, we stripped it top to bottom, painted everything, put in new tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, fully tiled the bathroom with new vanity, sink, fixtures etc. Hardwood floors were refinished. Fridge, Washer and dryer included. The house is located 2 blocks from the hospital in Ogdensburg, near the Canadian border less than one hour to Ottawa, Ontario. Tenant is responsible for trash collection, grass and snow clearing. Tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric bill approximately $90 a month. House and water is heated with natural gas. Landlord will pay Water / sewer bills and insurance. Fridge, washer and dryer are included but are responsibility of tenant to maintain in good working condition.
