The House needs a full rehab, however l started gutting it (sheet rock removal). 1. It has 8 year old HVAC, although the heater fan was stolen. 2. Two full bathrooms. 3. 4 bedrooms 4. Living room & kitchen.(gutted) 5. Unfinished basement with laundry.(8x10 6. Rear left add on roof & outer side wall needs to be replaced. (Also Recommend roof replacement) bad spot over master. 7. Just had the HVAC and electrical inspected last year, it was suggested that I leave the original wiring because of real copper wiring, although it could stand upgrades on the receptacles, replacing the old, and add GFI’s, USB & USBC etc…
