The kitchen has some recent updates. The master bedroom is also located on this floor with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower. This floor also accesses a small stairway to a "child's loft." This little area is a perfect "cubby play area" for kids, or a sleep space for them. The house is convenient to Green Harbor Marina, golf, the Fair Grounds, restaurants, shopping & more! All renters will receive a welcome packet with information on local food and night life. This house sits just a short walk (or near instantaneous drive) to The Point restaurant, which is famous for it's seafood, outside roof deck, and bar open until 11pm nightly. And of course Brant Rock center has plenty of dining and bars and essentials (Haddad's, The Jetty, Venue II, etc).
