    Super clean one bedroom condo on the east side within easy walking distance of downtown Providence, Brown U., RISD, and a Whole Foods Market. Central Air, cable, off-street parking, in safe neighborhood. The condo is a small one bedroom with a shared western facing roof deck. I purchased the unit eight years ago and lived in it for about three. Immediately after I purchased the unit I updated the bathroom by installing a new tub, sink, toilet, and bathroom fixtures. I installed new hardwood flooring throughout. I also upgraded the electrical system. I replaced all of the appliances in the kitchen with new stainless steel models. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and safe. The building is historic but very well maintained and contains 6 units and most of the residents are professionals. The building was recently updated with a new roof, new decks, hot water heater, and significant exterior improvements. The unit comes with a garage that can be used for storage and an exterior off-street parking spot. A Whole Foods is located two blocks away. The AMTRAK train is a short walk and the ACELA train will get you to Boston in 39 minutes. Downtown Providence and dozens of fine restaurants are within an easy walking distance. Brown U. and RISD campuses are up the hill, less than one mile to the southeast. Thayer Street is about a 10 minute walk. No smoking. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water. Tenant pays for gas and electric. The unit can be rented empty or either fully or partially furnished and is in excellent condition. Condominium bylaws require minimum six month term in lease. I am looking for at least one year lease but longer term may be negotiated.
