It is under new ownership and we are excited about the upcoming upgrades and improvements this year. Each tiny home is a one bedroom one bath nestled under mature pine trees. You are welcome to look at them with a appointment. Tenant pays: Rent 850$ plus all Utilities cost 250$ includes (water, electricity, sewer, trash and lawn service) total of $1,100.00 per month. Only one pet per Home. Some Pet are not allowed (ex. Pit Bull). Pet fee is $350. Pet fee is nonrefundable. No Smoking inside home.
