The apartment is 2 bedroom unit with a loft that is used as the second bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub. It is located on the waterfront behind Morgantown BrewPub. It comes with two parking spots, a in-unit washer and dryer, and there are NO pets allowed. It is located within 5-7 minutes walking distance of WVU campus, the bars/resturants located downtown, and a 2-3 minute walk from the PRT. Tennats are reponsible for ALL utilities. Owner pays for trash and the tennant is responsible for gas, water, and electric. There are no pets allowed in the apartment. The security deposit is due the day the lease is signed and the firsts month rent is due the day you move in. There is a $50 late fee for rent after the 5th of the month.
