The 1st floor features a living room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full bathroom, and a rear mud room with access to the rear deck / patio area. The 2nd floor features the bedroom, a bonus room, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a walk-in closet. Some notable features of this home include hardwood floors, replacement windows w/ window treatments, gas cooking, gas heat, and gas hot water. A parking permit could be obtained from The Lancaster Parking Authority to park on the street. This property is located within walking distance to many of the city's amenities / hot spots, and just minutes from major roads and conveniences.
