Beautiful old little home close enough to college campus, but far enough to have some privacy in the quiet neighborhood. Located one block north of Hwy 30 creating easy access to main roads and shopping. 3 bedrooms (Front: 12x9; Middle: 9.5x10; Back: 9.5x9.5), 1 bathroom with a standing shower, toilet and sink. Basement has plenty of storage (not habitable). Comes with appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washer and dryer) that will be serviced and maintained by the landlord. Backyard is fully fenced and dogs are allowed on the premise (yard is undergoing maintenance). Please no cats. Pet fees are $100 per pet, per month. There are two parking spots on the street in front, with additional parking built in the back via access in the alleyway. There is a single car garage on the property that is not included, but access can be negotiated. Lawncare is provided, but tenants must handle snow removal. Landlords are responsive and are looking for a responsible and respectful tenant that will care for the property as much as they do. Damages beyond normal wear are the responsibility of the tenant. Complaints, citations, or notices from the city or the police station will be handled directly and may result in eviction.
