The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Unauthorized events or parties and fireworks are not allowed. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. There are exterior cameras for security purposes only, and tampering with them may incur fees. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels and may be lower than shown in listing photos; refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by our partner, so bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk. Please return the pickleball paddles and balls after use; fees may apply. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step.
