Since we will be living under the same roof (although on different floors) I will screen every prospective tenant. A poor credit report, adverse credit history, lack of proof of steady or adequate employment, lack of adequate vehicle or insurance, or a poor reference may result in your application being denied. Zillow's tenant screening report qualifies as a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report. It allows renters to pay a one-time fee and share their application, including credit and background checks, with multiple landlords for 30 days as per RCW 59.18.257.
