    This lot is part of bigger sale of 3 contiguous lots (2202, 2206, and 2210 Arroyo). All three lots will be sold as one (no exceptions)! The lots are $520K each, making the sale $1.56M. Our neighbor has also agreed to sell his lot (2138) at the same rate ($520K). This gives a builder the opportunity to have over 30,000 sq. ft of land with amazing downtown views. Sadly, the picture taken is from a lower vantage point then the lots so you don’t see downtown. All of the lots are MF and fall in the PD193 Zone. Most of the other neighbors on the street area also ready to sale. Our three lots are clear. The neighbor has a tenant that is month to month. We are only looking for serious developers that have the cash or the financial ability to buy. We will not provide financing.
