Application Fee and Deposit: We charge an application fee of $30 per adult. Applicant screening criteria can be found at the top of the Conventional Multi-Family Availability search page. Please note that we are unable to consider applicants whose household income is not at least 2.75x the monthly rent. Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Payment of a holding deposit is required for us to reserve an apartment for you following the approval of your lease application. Pet Policy: We allow up to two pets, defined as cats, dogs, and birds, per household. Pet rent is $40 per month per pet. Parking: Parking is available on the street only. The Convenience of the Tenant Portal: Our online resident portal offers features such as scheduling one-time or recurring rent payments, updating contact information, submitting service requests, purchasing renter's insurance, viewing your lease documents, and more.
