As the owner of the building, I am offering my personal apartment for short term rent, up to the end of May. It's an eclectic environment that is furnished in period antiques, collectables, and a very nice vintage stereo system that can hook up wirelessly with your phone, or there are lots of LP's representing jazz, country, and rock. Of note...it is a ground floor unit with a nice, covered, and secure outdoor patio. And the cool thing about the patio is it has a secret door that opens into the parking lot with a large platform that will support a scooter, up to the biggest Harley! I like to ride around town on my Vespa and this is where I park it. The secret door is also super convenient for unloading groceries. Included is a secure, underground parking spot. All utilities are included, including high speed internet. Desk, filing cabinet, printer with paper, computer monitor, pots, pans, spices, utensils, towels, new bedding (I'm taking the pictured sheets, pillows and bedspread) ...it is all there.
