Garage parking is available for one vehicle, and there is free parking on the driveway for one vehicle. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis offers a blend of tranquility and adventure. Enjoy direct access to Lake Travis for boating, swimming, and water sports. Explore nearby championship golf courses, shops, and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or take a 45-minute drive to downtown Austin for vibrant music, food, and nightlife. Nearby restaurants include TR Restaurant, Sp Brazilian Steakhouse, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen, The Dining Room at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. Local attractions include Dragon Park, Lakeway City Park, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Volente Beach Resort and Waterpark, and Austin Aquarium. Grocery and shopping options include Target, Homegoods, H-E-B, Randalls, and Hill Country Galleria. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Unauthorized events or parties and fireworks are not allowed. There are exterior cameras for security purposes only, and tampering with them may incur fees. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. The Lazy River and Pool are undergoing maintenance and are projected to be finished in late 2026. All pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by partner. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk.
