Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a fourplex, this apartment offers easy access to I-5, Highway 18, Highway 67, bus lines, stores, restaurants, and the Supermall, all within two miles. The cul-de-sac is quiet, and the neighbors in the fourplexes and nearby duplexes are friendly. Over the years, we've built a close-knit community and look out for each other. Off-street parking is available if you have a car. The room is spacious, well-lit, and freshly painted. It comes fully furnished but can be unfurnished depending on your needs. It includes a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves on one side and ample hanging space on both sides, with plenty of room for boxes etc. The room is available for one adult only. I'm not accepting pets, but I do have a sweet, spoiled four-year-old lop-eared rabbit named Churro. He's full of personality everyone loves him. I'm generally quiet but enjoy listening to music daily while (all genres and eras). I love crafts, fixing things, painting, and gardening and have plants inside, and outside. My only company is usually my caregiver a few times a week. I like to keep the house clean, so I'm looking for someone who values cleanliness and cleans up after themselves, especially in shared spaces. I'm looking for a chill person who values privacy but is open to occasional chats over coffee. A safe, friendly home environment is important to me. I'm looking for someone with a solid work and rental history, reliable, and able to pay their share of the bills on time with no issues. I've always paid rent and bills on time and plan to keep that up. I'm an older woman with a limited monthly income, so I need someone reliable and consistent with paying bills. The rent is $850 per month, with a $250 non-refundable fee and a $250 refundable security deposit for damages or unpaid bills, totaling $500. These are due before or at key exchange on move-in day. Currently, garbage, water, sewer, and internet are covered and I take care of the paper goods, soaps, and cleaning supplies. However the electricity bill averages $100 $160 in the warmer months, and $200 $400 in the colder months and you'll be responsible for 50%/half of that which is typically due around the middle of the month and I will always give you a copy of bill..
