Central heating and cooling, fast Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washer/dryer, an extra freezer, and cleaning supplies make this home ideal for longer stays. Casa Camacho offers convenient parking for up to four vehicles, with space for two cars in the garage and two additional spots on the driveway. To preserve the serenity of the neighborhood, guests are asked to avoid loud noise, music, or any disruptive behavior, especially in the evenings. Parties and gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. The primary renter must be 21 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. Maximum occupancy is eight overnight guests, and exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max four vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors' homes or driveways.
