    We have a very cute efficiency apartment available on the third floor in Wallace Woods. This two room plus bath apartment enters from the second floor into a private stair. The apartment overlooks the stair and there are windows in the stairwell. The main room has enough space for sleeping and entertaining, there is a gable with a stained glass window that is the perfect size for a bed, leaving a large open space for seating and entertaining. There is a small closet and a built in dresser near the overlook. The room has hardwood floors, electric baseboard heat, five windows, and gabled ceilings. The kitchen is small and original and has a large pantry/closet. The bathroom is tile with an original clawfoot tub. There is a handheld shower, but the ceiling is too low for a standing shower. The bathroom has a nice tile vanity. Water and Hot water fuel are provided by the owner. Electric is paid by the tenant. The tenant pays the electric heat, but the apartment has partial heat from the building through a floor register. There is a coin operated laundry on site. Parking is on street. Pool access is one block away at our office. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit.
