Thanks for considering our place for your upcoming visit! We're looking for someone to rent November - January. We designed this space for our family and friends to stay when they visit, and share it with others in between. Outdoor area with hot tub, couch, and firepit. Super comfy bed, driveway parking, quiet neighborhood, big TVs, 500mbps WIFI, new appliances. Well behaved dogs are welcome (no more than 2 - please reach out first to make sure pet rules are agreeable). When you enter using the Yale smart lock, you'll be welcomed by the primary bedroom. There's a large king bed with a Helix mattress and hotel quality bedding. Around the the corner to the bedroom, you'll find a work from home set-up with an optional standing desk, 27" monitor, key board and mouse ready for you to plug-in. This area also functions as a second sleeping area with a pull-out queen bed. Next over is the bathroom - always stocked with shower essentials, q-tips, flossers, make-up remover pads, and others. The kitchen has brand new appliances and pretty much everything you'll need. There is a shared outdoor area with a hot tub, firepit, and large outdoor couch you'll be welcome to use. Outdoor area can not be enjoyed past 9pm, and we ask that you are respectful of noise regardless of the time of day. Adam and Anna use it as well but guests will have first dibs. The neighborhood Redondo Beach offers a quintessential Southern California coastal experience, highlighted by its beautiful beaches and stunning ocean views. The city provides a relaxed, yet vibrant atmosphere, with a lively pier, diverse dining options, and ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Its combination of scenic beauty, recreational options, and a friendly community makes this home the perfect place to stay. A couple quick notes: - Owners live in the unit above - We added a layer of cork underneath the flooring, but the unit is still subject to noise from the unit above and water pipes in the walls - Aside from the bathroom, the unit has an open flow and the bedroom doesn't have a door to separate it from the other rooms Utilities included.
