Our home is fully stocked and has everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach on the premises. Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast, and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carroll's Surf School nearby. Enjoy sunbathing at the beach or just people-watching. We have a 17 mile long beach front bike and walk path. Pacific City is also now open and is walking distance from this home and includes 31 Acres of oceanfront dining, shopping and entertainment. With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining and is nearby. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a rooftop deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset on the Pacific. The gorgeous backyard is furnished with a BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching and enjoying the fresh ocean air. COVID 19- for last minute reservations we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment. BEDDING: All bedrooms are upstairs - King in the master bedroom with full bathroom - King in the second master bedroom and full size sofa bed with full bathroom - King in the third bedroom with bathroom down the hall. - 4th half bath downstairs. - Bedroom 4: Kids room 4 single beds. One bunk bed (2 singles) and one single with one trundle bed underneath in the fourth bedroom - 2 single air mattresses KITCHEN FEATURES: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Can Opener, Mixer, Pots, Dishes, Utensils FOR THE KIDS: - 2 highchairs - Pack and play/crib - 1 Stroller LAUNDRY FEATURES: Washer/Dryer, Ironing Board, Linens & Towels INSIDE FEATURES: TV, Cable, DVD, CD, Radio, Phone, Vacuum, Cleaning, Central Heat, No Air Conditioning, the Pacific Ocean is our AC, Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Internet, Wireless & 2 air mattresses for extra sleeping. PETS: Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats. PET FRIENDLY UNITS: If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. -Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. -All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. -All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. -Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. -All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable. HOUSE RULES: --After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules. --You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. NO PARTIES: --No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. --No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. --No extra people than the people in your group listed above. NO SMOKING: --All of our properties are NO SMOKING. --Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit. We look forward to hosting you!
