No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. 2. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to maintain cleanliness and comfort. 3. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or celebrations of any kind are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. 4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 5. Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets. 6. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: Any stay longer than 20 nights will be subject to an additional $50 deep cleaning fee to maintain the property's cleanliness and upkeep. 7. Undisclosed Guests: Any guest not included in the reservation will incur a charge of $45 per person per night. Please ensure all guests are properly listed in your booking. 8. Upon departure, if our team reports smells of either cigarettes, weed, vape or similar, there will be a charge of $800 in order to rent the machines to remove the odor. 9. If any furniture is move during your stay, please make sure to put it back to its original place, otherwise there will be a minimum charge of $250 for furniture rearranging. 10. FIREPLACE IS FOR DECORATION ONLY. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.
