The bad: *Upstair windows are very old and hard to open; One of the windows in the main bedroom is permanently stuck open, so you'd have to find a way to block it during the winter. Downstairs windows are fine. *It's an older house, and therefore is a little rough around the edges. *The house shares a wall with a nice older neighbor; you'd need to be a little mindful of noises and disturbances. Owner pays for: water, sewer, and garbage removal Tenant is responsible for: Lawn maintenance/snow removal, electric, oil tank for heating. No open flames inside the house. Pets allowed: Neutered/spayed; No breeding. $200 extra refundable deposit per pet+$20/month/pet fee. If the pets disturb the neighbors excessively, such as unrelenting barking or aggressiveness, owner reserves the rights to step in.
