Failure to comply with these requirements may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the lease. **4. Parking** Tenant is granted the use of **two designated parking spaces located directly in front of the garage** and **one designated parking space on the north side of the driveway.** Tenant shall not park in any other areas of the property without prior written consent from Landlord. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at Tenant's expense.
