I am an actress and worked in all three areas. This was my home when I was single and I chose the location because it was easy access to many of the Triangle's business and social areas. Very safe neighborhood--it borders the Crossdaile neighborhood and it is walking distance from the very pricey, historic downtown area of Durham.
