All electrical outlets, wiring and boxes have been replaced, inspected and approved. Brand new propane furnace has been I installed. All exterior walls have new r13 insulation. Dry wall will be installed by the end of May, at which point the price will change again. The flood of 2019 is our loss but could be your gain. New sea wall. New boulder retaining wall and concrete patio. All weathered the flood without issue. We haven’t tested our well yet but one neighbor has and there were no issues found. Consultant driven demo has occurred and we are in the process of getting all of the estimates to obtain permits and start the process to refinish.
