The room also has the following: mirror door closet and TV wall rack to hang a flat screen (32 inch) TV. There are two bathrooms on the premises but only one is to be shared. Close to freeways and shopping areas. 2 rooms for rent one large bedroom for $850.00 per month & $400.00 for security deposit, one small bedroom for $650.00 per month & $300.00 for security deposit. Utilities split in 1/3 depending on situational needs. Accommodations are WIFI, AC/Heat, & Alarm/Surveillance system on the premises. The rooms for rent are for only one renter per a room. No overnight visitors allowed without permission. No pets or drugs allowed. Renter must be able to clean up after themselves and bathroom that is shared is to be cleaned twice monthly (Every other week) by renters. Personal refrigerator is provided and must be maintained by renter by cleaning the inside of the refrigerator once a week.
