Shared laundry room, all beautiful outdoor space. No animals unless service animal. No drugs. Smoking outside away from the home and people. Home is 3 stories so stairs are required. Home is on a hill 3.5 miles from downtown Prescott. We do occasionally get snow. 3 single females currently live here. Kind of a Golden Girls situation. My guy is here often as well.
