The kitchen is on the right rear of the house and it has a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The bathroom is located at the center rear of the house. It has a tub. The hallway separates the two bedrooms, one on the right and the master straight ahead. They each have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has 2 closets. The main bedroom is double the size of the secondary bedroom. The home has a rear patio deck. There is a covered outside laundry hookup area against the house. Washers and dryers are not included. Yard maintenance is included in order to maintain the curb appeal of the home. Due to the lay of the land, the back yard may hold water during heavy rains which eventually dissipates. There are no rear neighbors visible behind the home. The neighborhood has newly installed sidewalks and the community is friendly with RDV Sportsplex nearby as well as several churches and is in close proximity to shopping. This cozy two bedrooms and one bathroom house is ready for move-in. It has central AC with a booster window unit. Walls are freshly painted and it has all tile floors. DO NOT ENTER PROPERTY OR KNOCK ON DOOR. ANY CURRENT TENANT DESERVES THEIR PRIVACY. We have a prescreening system in place which must be followed for consideration. Professional lawn maintenance is included in the rent. Lawn care is included in the rent. Washer and dryer is provided. Our company is selective about the type of people who are approved. If your rental history is less than stellar (uncleanliness, damages, late rent payments, negative landlord feedback, etc), spotty employment or a criminal background history that was violent or sexual in nature, please don't bother applying because we will not approve you. Our background checks are thorough. All of our properties require a security deposit along with first and last month's rent upfront. Depending on the rental history and background, you may qualify for a reduced upfront cost program where we accept a 10% larger rent payment during the first 10 months and apply that extra payment credit to the final month of the completed lease agreement so that the final month rent is paid in full before the term of the lease. You must have an otherwise positive verifiable rental history and stable employment. The application fee is $55 per person, which is what our screening service charges for background checks. All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. Small Pets are welcome with a $25 pet rent per pet. All pets are subject to community HOA / management approval (if applicable) prior to lease. We are dog lovers too, but our insurer will not allow dogs larger than 35 pounds or breeds with a negative reputation (you know which ones). Save 20 on the 20. Our company also offers the opportunity to save $20 per month on the monthly rent by paying early. If you pay by the 20th of the month, we give a $20 discount off the monthly rent. Our company manages several properties. If you call, you will get a message requesting your email address so that we can send you our prescreening questionnaire. Therefore to expedite the process, it is simpler to just send us a text with your email address or contact us by email. We will respond with links to our currently available rentals along with our prescreening questionnaire. For security purposes, we require that questionnaire to be filled out along with ID before we will set up a viewing of the property. Because of the volume of calls we receive on our properties, most inquiry phone calls are routed to our voice mailbox which will request the same text or email from the caller. It is our company policy to not hold properties without rent and deposit being paid upfront due to demand. Beware of internet scams. We are an Orlando based company and the owners of this property.
