But you can stay as long as you like if all are happy. We prefer a one person long stay lease. 5 minutes to circle trail 10 min to Safeway 15 to YavapI Regional hsptl. All utilities are included. Air conditioning, heat, water, electric and garbage pickup. We require 30 days notice to vacate. And have permission to show the house within these 30 days with communication of course.
