Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV, two queen sleeper sofas, and additional seating. The dining room has a large table with bench seating and extra chairs off the kitchen, allowing everyone to enjoy a meal together made in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll have plenty of space to get a good night's sleep on one of the beds in the five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the remaining three bedrooms have king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings. There are 3 full shared bathrooms in this home. The rooms in the back of the home are connected, meaning you pass through one room to enter the next. The backyard features a charcoal BBQ grill and a swing set for kids. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus. The driveway can fit 3 cars. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home, while outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests in the back unit. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and support is just a phone call away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
