The apartment is below a townhouse on charming 39th Place and has its own entrance. Lovely screened patio for outdoor socializing! It has ample storage (multiple closets) washer and dryer, bathroom, kitchen area, is well-lit, and has a large living space. Utilities, cable and wifi are all included in the cost of rent (for one person, if additional persons will be living in the space, we will discuss an additional fee). If parking is needed, please inquire as we may be able to negotiate arrangements. Small/quiet dog friendly. No cats. Semi-furnished. All furniture pictured is included in the rental.
