Renters insurance included Washer and Dryer available or you can bring your own set. Great place! I have lived here for the last semester and wish I would have stayed longer! The rent is cheap and the location is even better! There are 2 patios and patio furniture included (different from the patio furniture than pictured). The room is on the second floor and is quiet and cool. The room comes with a dresser, bed, desk, desk chair, and side table. These things can be removed if you have your own things.
