Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at or after 4 pm on your check-in day. Checkout is at or before 11 am on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, starting at $55 per hour (pro-rated) after 11:30 am.
