Burrell boulevard is a quiet street with little traffic. We seem to have more foot traffic than car traffic. The woods behind the house give lots of privacy and a quiet place to watch the wild life. Sitting on the back padio you will see Rabbits, Squirls, BlueJays, Cardinals, Finch birds and Robins make their home in those trees. Located in the Parkland School district, it would be difficult to find a better place to send kids to school. For cutting edge academics and sports exposure it is second to none in the Lehigh Valley. Our experiences at Cetronia elementary and Springhouse middle school could not have been more enjoyable. We are a block from Lone Lane park where our kids spent many hours at the play ground, and playing soccer and baseball for the South Parkland Youth Association. The house could not be more centrally located for shopping with stores like Sears, Redners, Kohls, Giant foods, Walmart, Wegmans and Target all less than 5 minutes away. Getting to the PA Turnpike, I-78 or Rt 22 also takes less than 5 minutes.
