From this charming, two bedroom, two bathroom condo, you are only steps away from exploring our lovely island! One of the best things about the Cabana is its location. Just north of the boardwalk you can enjoy the private beach access as well as a short walk to family and fine dining, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. This complex offers an elevator as well as a washer and dryer facility (coin operated), there is also a washer and dryer within the unit as well. The vibrant yet cool aesthetics and coastal style of this property is energetic and inviting. The condo has a full size kitchen with all basic appliances to make it easy for you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. There are 3 TVs with basic cable, the living room and 2nd bedroom has a smart TV with Wifi included. This first floor oceanfront condo is just above the community pool, available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA).! Parking for 2 vehicles. Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office. *We require you view the property before we release the application.
