If you also may walk to the campus through the community (15-20 minutes to Franklin street) or bike to the campus. One paved trail is on the back. Young people like to run or walk there for exercise. The homestead park is close, and you may play the balls in the park. It is a great place for a group of 4 or 5 friends living together. It will be available on July 1. The tenants pay utilities.
