All utilities, internet/wifi and landscaping maintenance are included as required fees ($200/mo) for a total of $1600/mo. Parking is one compact to intermediate sized car off-street, and one vehicle on street (free, no permit needed). This property is a two story "tiny house", with stairs both exterior and interior.
