It's also one of the many emergency exits out of this house, and one of three from the basement. The house has an internal Vacuum System. Two full Double His/Hers Bathrooms. The Master Suite has a four foot deep garden tub on one end, shower on the other end of bathroom. The toilet has a Bidet. The second, or guest bathroom is a normal full bathroom with tub/shower/glass doors. The third bathroom, again in the Basement Flat is a Double His/Hers, with lots of granite counter space, a huge 5 shelved closet, drawers and cupboards, a large tub with shower, and glass doors again. In the game area of the Basement Flat, there is a small sink, ice maker and full bar for entertaining. There's Antique Billiards table, Darts, Archery (outside) Acess to the Painting Studio from the Basement- which has a 30 foot wood tongue and groove ceiling as well, and a ceiling fan or just watch movies with the Overhead Surround Sound Home Theater. Back up the stairs, (ELEVATOR COMING IN 2022! In the glass Atrium) and you will find a huge kitchen, set up for entertaining. Two ovens/convections ovens. Glasstop electric stove. Granite countertops and wood cupboards everywhere. SS Zero Degree Refrigerator, SS Dishwasher, both Ovens are SS and we put in an additional ice maker for parties that is Stainless Steel also. Small family room off the kitchen with breakfast bar. 30 foot tall tongue and groove ceiling with ceiling fan. Double Arcadia doors open onto the back yard, the spa is out on the deck to the right. Totally under a real roof on our large back porch so it can be used in the winter. Large Formal Living room. Moutain Views and views of the Atrium in the middle of the house, and Parlour. Extra large Parlour, with high 30 foot tongue and groove wood ceiling. Hidden recessed lighting, and overstuffed beautiful Victorian Couches make it inviting for tea.
