My home is a 1971 manatee it has been taken care of and I have done a lot of updating and cosmetic work to the home the park is quiet and the lot is maintained with a deck on front of house and a small porch on rear yard which is also a partially fenced in yard for your small dog or children ... it is a 1 bed room 1 bath with the 2nd bed room as a laundry room/closet and back door... there are washer and dryer hookup's and gas stove and hot water and heat is gas/electric.. the floors are dark cherry laminate hard wood the living room kitchen bedroom and laundry room have ceiling fans the house has window AC units in front and back so stays pretty cool.. the roof has reciently been coated with kool-seal.. and still in the process of updating more....
