Lease Terms:
The minimum lease duration required is 1 year.
Should the tenant terminate the agreement before its original term or any extensions, the tenant will be responsible for lost rent, rental commissions, advertising expenses, and painting costs necessary to prepare the premises for re-rental. These amounts may be deducted from the tenant's security deposit.
An inspection will be carried out during key handover for move-in assessment, documenting the house's condition before occupancy.
The monthly rent is due on or before the 5th of each month. Tenants are required to set up their banking/payment information for automatic scheduled payments.
If any rent installment is not received by the Housing Provider within 5 (or more) calendar days after the due date or if a check is returned, the tenant shall pay an additional 5% of the rent as a late charge.
