Currently available dates are: August 22nd - Nov 22nd, 2025. NO SMOKING of any kind. NO CATS - i'm allergic. One dog -OK, (if more than one, we will discuss on size and age). Owner pays for Water. Renter pays a flat rate for FPL utilities (Florida power AC/Heating), the rest is paid by owner. Renter pays partial for weekly pool cleaning services. *Jacuzzi is available in wintertime (Oct 01-March 31st)- and is additional $200 per month for heating/maintenance. Owner pays for lawn upkeep. Renter pays for any damages done to the property while renting- weather from pet or human. SEPTIC system- If the pipes get clogged, the plumber will do an analysis to determine what was flushed down, and if its anything else other than TP- renter will pay for plumbing service. AC unit is not very strong in this old house, DO NOT put temp below 72*- as the pipes will freeze.
