There are 2 dining spaces, double ovens in the kitchen, and new front loading washer dryer set. All bedrooms are large with their own closets. The master bedroom has an amazing king bed and has been updated with barn doors to the his and her bathroom and walk-in closets. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and desk. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has 4 twin beds (trundle style) with a desk and monitor. 1-2 small dogs allowed. There is a monthly $100 pet fee. No smoking allowed. If there is smoking odor in the home, there will be a $3000 fine. No parties or events are allowed on this property. Violation of this rule will result in $1000 fine and termination of rental agreement, removal from property. Noise levels must be limited at all times and not be disruptive to neighbors. If you use the outdoor grill, please clean the grill. If the grill is not cleaned by move out, there will be an $85 charge. For stays that are 30 day or longer, deep cleaning is required at move out for a charge of $450. Renter will be responsible for water, gas, electricity, internet costs. These charges will be conveyed to guest and reimbursed to owner through agreed upon payment method. Pool cleaning and maintenance will be paid by owner. All potential guests will be screened with background checks and credit history. References will be requested.
